Serenity

It’s like watching Indiana Jones in outer space. Or is it more like Hans Solo with Adam Baldwin instead of Chewbecca. Either way the wise cracking one-liner swashbuckler captain of the space boat Serenity will take you on a good adventure. Just to make sure, the filmmakers decided to throw in a spooky martial arts psychic girl (think the Fifth Element), a government assassin (picture an outer space Inspector Javert), really cheesy sets, and a story straight out of Star Trek.

If it sounds like a big mess of a movie, don’t fret, there’s plenty of jokes that will make it worth watching. How good was it? Don’t be surprised if you see a sequel or a TV series in the future.
