I'm Bucking the Trend

There was an interesting article in the NY Times about how no one blogs anymore.  Everyone is using Facebook and Twitter now to express themselves.  It's particularly interesting that Merriam-Webster declared blog to be the word of the year way back in 2004.  The article is probably right but I still like to blog occasionally.  It does no harm and helps improve my writting skills more than Facebook and definitely more than Twitter.  I'm not sure how many people still follow me but thats never really been the point.
